Ubuntu 10.04 templates available
After publishing the safe upgrade steps to Ubuntu 10.04 a few days ago we have now released the Ubuntu 10.04 32-bit and Ubuntu 10.04 64-bit templates.
Existing customers can reinstall their VPS from Hypanel or can follow the upgrade steps. New customers can choose the operating system template in the order form.
You can also reinstall your VPS yourself anytime from Hypanel at no extra cost and choose one of our 30 OS templates.

when will you provide remote backup, paid ofcourse?

For $10, you can purchase another VPS in the other location (Europe/US) and setup your own backup.
How can such a backup be used to store (and quickly restore) an image of the primary virtual machine?

Restoring an image of the primary virtual machine is not possible at the moment. If you want to sync everything on the primary VPS and restore it when it’s necessary, you can let us know and we will help.
